These terms govern your use of this website and the purchase of Pro licences for our WooCommerce plugins, QR Coupon and Pack Orders. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This website is operated by IE Sloboda I.O. (trading as IT-Kitchen).
The plugins and your licence
- Free versions. The free versions of our plugins are distributed through WordPress.org under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Your use of them is governed by that licence.
- Pro versions. Paid (Pro) features are licensed, not sold. A purchase grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the Pro version on the number of sites stated in your plan, for the duration of an active subscription, subject to these terms and the licence terms presented at checkout.
Purchases, billing and renewals
Pro licences are sold and processed by our reseller, Freemius, acting as the merchant of record. Pricing is shown on the relevant plugin page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your subscription, and view invoices, through the customer portal. The terms Freemius presents at checkout apply to the transaction in addition to these terms.
Refunds
Where a money-back guarantee is offered on a plugin’s pricing page (for example a 14-day money-back period), that guarantee applies as stated there. Refund requests are handled through Freemius.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — for example by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or copy its content other than as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The IT-Kitchen and plugin names, logos, and the content of this website are owned by us or our licensors, except where stated. The plugin source code is licensed as described above. Nothing here transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Disclaimer
This website and the plugins are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for any guarantee expressly stated, we make no warranties about the website or the plugins, including their fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of this website or the plugins. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Third-party services and links
This website links to and relies on third-party services, including WordPress.org and Freemius. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and any disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
